This site is provided for informational purposes and to support the Campaign. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or misuse any form, donation page, or messaging feature on it.

Donations

All donations are processed by WinRed, a third-party platform, and are subject to WinRed's own terms and federal contribution limits. Contributions to Jackley for Congress are not tax deductible. By donating you confirm you meet all applicable federal contribution eligibility requirements, including that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, are making the contribution with your own funds, and are not a federal contractor, if applicable.

SMS messaging program

By checking the SMS consent box on any form on this site, you agree to the following terms for the Jackley for Congress text messaging program:

• You consent to receive recurring automated text messages, including campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising appeals, at the mobile number you provide.
• Consent is not required to make a donation or use any service on this site.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
